Osman Khan serves as the Chairman of Saif Holding Ltd, the holding company of the Saif Group He joined the Saif Group in 1995 and has held a variety of strategic and operating roles since that time. He was formerly CEO of SkyElectric Pvt. Ltd, Pakistan’s fastest growing and largest solar company, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of that company.
He has served on the Advisory Committee to the Planning Commission of Pakistan, served as a member of the Policy Board of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and is a member of the governing body of the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences (GIKI). He is also a member of the Pakistan Business Council (PBC).
Osman Khan has a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from Christ Church, University of Oxford (1995), and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University (2009).
Musa Khan carries over 18years experience of buy-side investments, business planning and credit ratings. He has previously lead the new business development at Saif Group for the last ten years and has been involved in planning efforts for Group’s new ventures in real estate, dairy, healthcare and renewables.
He is also serving on the Board of Advisors of Sidekick and on the Board of Directors of Ghazni Mines & Minerals Company.
In his last assignment, he was the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Business Planning at SkyElectric- the country’s largest rooftop solar company.
He started off his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and later worked with The Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA) as a Senior Financial Analyst.
He takes keen interest in political economy, renewables and agriculture farming and has been a regular contributor for major publications like Dawn, The News and The Express Tribune.
At Axial, he provides leadership on investment research, valuations, and carbon consulting engagements.
Musa has an MBA from National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) and is a CFA® Charterholder. He is also a fellow of US Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
Umar Manzar carries over 15 years of strong FP&A and strategic consulting experience in global organizations such as UBS, DHL, Richemont and Ernst & Young.
During his career he has delivered exceptional results by creating multibillion-dollar budgets, executing multi-million-dollar cost savings, developing financial models that have driven the decision-making process at both large and small companies.
He currently provides customized financial management and strategic advisory solutions to global clients. He is also working as a Fractional CFO for a couple of startups and as an Equity Analyst for investment management companies.
Umar has an MBA from National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) and is a CFA® Charterholder.
Nida Naguib carries over 12 years of content development and research experience.
She has previously worked as an educational content developer at FinQuiz.com®. She also briefly co-led her own financial education startup.
Nida takes a deep interest in climate risk mitigation and assessment initiatives. At Axial she co-led the development of the pioneering ESG Rating Framework undertaken for of a prominent rating agency based out of Saudi Arabia. Under her leadership, the Framework was developed through a rigorous process in which her team studied international best practices and frameworks and conducted an in-depth assessment of local sustainability reports. She also played an active role in the development of a comprehensive database to capture complex E, S, and corporate initiatives, a detailed set of questionnaires comprising 548 questions, and an ESG scoring model.
She is certified by various sustainability organizations and is an active participant of the Work on Climate community. She has been accepted as a fellow into Cohort 5 of OnePointFive’s Sustainability Consulting Accelerator.
