Osman Khan
Chairman
Osman Khan serves as the Chairman of Saif Holding Ltd, the holding company of the Saif Group He joined the Saif Group in 1995 and has held a variety of strategic and operating roles since that time. He was formerly CEO of SkyElectric Pvt. Ltd, Pakistan’s fastest growing and largest solar company, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of that company.
He has served on the Advisory Committee to the Planning Commission of Pakistan, served as a member of the Policy Board of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and is a member of the governing body of the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences (GIKI). He is also a member of the Pakistan Business Council (PBC).
Osman Khan has a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from Christ Church, University of Oxford (1995), and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University (2009).
Musa Khan Durrani, CFA
Managing Partner
Musa Khan carries over 18 years of experience in buy-side investments, credit ratings, and business planning. He most recently served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Business Planning at SkyElectric, Pakistan’s largest rooftop solar company. For a decade prior, he led new corporate development and buy-side advisory at Saif Group, a prominent conglomerate, supporting the planning and launch of new ventures in dairy, renewables, real estate, and healthcare.
Earlier in his career, Musa worked at PwC and then as a Senior Financial Analyst at PACRA, where he specialized in credit evaluations. He currently serves as a Financial Advisor at National Incubation Center Faisalabad (NICF), where he coaches startups for fundraising and valuation. Musa also serves on the Board of Directors of Ghazni Mines & Minerals. He has been a regular contributor to publications such as Dawn and The Express Tribune.
Musa holds an MBA from the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), is a CFA® Charterholder, and a fellow of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
Atif Hasan, CGMA

Atif Hasan has over 25 years of CFO and C-level experience with global blue-chip companies and SMEs across various sectors. His work spans both developed and emerging markets, including Germany, Singapore, Pakistan, and Iraq.
He spent 19 years at British American Tobacco in senior finance roles across six countries. He later held CFO and advisory positions in private equity, including Nestlé Iraq. He now leads expansion efforts as a global CFO and Board Member, and serves as CFO of August Leadership.
At Axial, he provides Fractional CFO services as well as business expansion and turnaround strategies to help clients scale operations in local and global markets.
Atif holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Bosphorus (Bogazici) University Turkey, and is a CGMA®.
Amir Saqlain, CFA

Amir Saqlain brings over two decades of experience in investments, fund management, equity analysis, product development, and governance.
His expertise spans both conventional and Sharia-compliant finance across Asia and Gulf markets. He has led equity research departments at Kuwait Finance and Investment Company (KFIC) and Kuwait Financial Centre (Markaz).
He also served as Board Chairman at AlKhaleej Funds Company in Bahrain, where he oversaw governance and compliance for AlBahsaer GCC Equity Fund.
He currently serves on the Board of Advisors of United Projects Inc. in Canada and the Board of Directors of United Nexus Systems in Pakistan.
At Axial, Amir leads engagements in corporate finance advisory, Sharia compliance, and sustainability consulting.
Amir holds an MBA from the University of Peshawar, an MS in Finance from Georgia State University, and is a CFA® Charterholder.
Umar Manzar, CFA

Umar Manzar carries over 15 years of strong FP&A and strategic consulting experience in global organizations such as UBS, DHL, Richemont and Ernst & Young.
During his career he has delivered exceptional results by creating multibillion-dollar budgets, executing multi-million-dollar cost savings, developing financial models that have driven the decision-making process at both large and small companies.
He currently provides customized financial management and strategic advisory solutions to global clients. He is also working as a Fractional CFO for a couple of startups and as an Equity Analyst for investment management companies.
Umar has an MBA from National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) and is a CFA® Charterholder.
Nida Naguib, CFA
Director | Head of Delivery
Nida Naguib carries over 12 years of content development and research experience.
She has previously worked as an educational content developer at FinQuiz.com®. She also briefly co-led her own financial education startup.
Nida takes a deep interest in climate risk mitigation and assessment initiatives. At Axial she co-led the development of the pioneering ESG Rating Framework undertaken for of a prominent rating agency based out of Saudi Arabia. Under her leadership, the Framework was developed through a rigorous process in which her team studied international best practices and frameworks and conducted an in-depth assessment of local sustainability reports. She also played an active role in the development of a comprehensive database to capture complex E, S, and corporate initiatives, a detailed set of questionnaires comprising 548 questions, and an ESG scoring model.
She is certified by various sustainability organizations and is an active participant of the Work on Climate community. She has been accepted as a fellow into Cohort 5 of OnePointFive’s Sustainability Consulting Accelerator.
